		<description>It sounds like this change is strictly for playoff games and not for the regular season.  So it won&#039;t have any impact to fantasy football other than special playoff contests which only a small percentage people play in from my limited knowledge.</description>

		<description>I thought going to penalties was bad in soccer (particularly if you support a team that plays against Germany!) but I was still pretty shocked at how the Vikings @ Saints game was settled. A change there is much needed.</description>
